Family life with young kids is rarely still. The chaos and big genuine emotions are exactly what makes it beautiful. The crooked smiles, grass stained knees, its all part of what makes your family your family and it deserves to be remembered just as it is.
The goal isn’t perfection, its presence. Its not ” say cheese” or ” hold still”. Its embracing the chaos, encouraging games, laughter and small adventures that let your families dynamic unfold. If that’s chasing bubbles, playing basketball in the driveway, baking cookies, collecting wildflowers or pilling together is a big group hug.

The typical time in pregnancy to book your maternity shoot is between 29-35 weeks. Your bump is bumping and adorable and you're still feeling comfortable enough to move around and enjoy the experience. Every pregnancy is different and what matters most is that you choose a time that feels right for you. Booking ahead means we can plan intentionally. From wardrobe to location to ensure the sessions feels authentic and perfectly captures this chapter of your story

Newborn shoots ideally are scheduled to take place within the first 5-10 days after birth. This ensures they are still fairly sleepy and we capture as many fresh baby details as possible. While babies have a mind of their own as to when they make their debut once you know your "due date" reach out and we can plan a hesitant date and adjust as needed.
Those first days, the ones that blur together in a haze of soft breaths, tiny fingers, and slow mornings are some of the most fleeting. Your baby will never be this small again, and in the middle of the rawness and the newness of it all, its so easy to forget to pause and take it all in.
Newborn sessions are calm, baby-led, and centered around connection and often take place where all the special moments do, the familiar environment of your own home.
